Stiffened 

Adding stiffeners to a bin transfers roof loads directly to the foundation, resulting in less stress on the sidewall sheets. This allows the use of lighter gauge sidewall sheets without sacrificing structural strength, making a stiffened bin more economical. Stiffened bins also provide excellent structural stability against grain, wind and seismic forces

With maximum capacities of up to 1.52 million bushels, there are Sukup Commercial Bins to fit the needs of any operation.

Hawk Cut Flooring

  • Sukup Hawk CutTM Bin Floors are twice as strong as other standard smooth bin floors.

  • Our exclusive process does not remove any steel in forming the large open area in the plank.

  •  All openings are created in the sloped sides of the corrugation, not at the top or bottom ridge, which would weaken the planks.

  • The high arch of the planks helps to increase strength.

  • Superior design makes Hawk CutTM planks idea for the demands of high grain depths.

  • Hawk CutTM floors are Channel-LokTM Style.

  • Channel-LokTM floors feature sturdy J-shaped interlocking sides and will accommodate most drying and storage needs.

  • Channel-LokTM floors may be installed with any Sukup floor supports.

Centrifugal Fans

  • Sukup In-Line Fans feature a centrifugal fan wheel built into an axial housing.

  • 3500 rpm motor is specially engineered for high-performance Sukup blades to ensure maximum airflow.

  • Ideal for higher static pressures found with small grains and higher grain depths.

Double-Run Conveyer

A Double-Run Conveyor can replace a roof auger, transfer auger, dryer take-away auger and even a permanently-installed transport auger. The design of the Sukup Double-Run Conveyor is compact and it operates smoothly and quietly, with minimum maintenance. The Sukup Double-Run Conveyor causes less grain damage than a portable auger and is more efficient and economical than augers of similar capacity and length. A Double-Run Conveyor is also very easy to install in any operation.

Drive-Over Hoppers

  • Sukup Drive-Over Hoppers provide fast, convenient, portable unloading. They can be transported from site to site or permanently installed.
